After all this improvement, Government achieved good succes in Zero Tolerance Policy. Corruption and other delay system are now very less. After revenue records have been online, all matters related to land and property have been transparant. There are no chance to bribe. Now Cabinet of Gujarat has decided that now there will be not necessary to be "Khedut Khatedar" to buy Agricultural Land for Animal Husbandry College/University , Agriculture University or other education purpose.And it's not necessary to take permission of collector for that purpose.

New Guideline for land partition and land buying   Government of Gujarat declared new guidelines for paiki land partition and paiki land buying. It will be the major decision for land owners. Now land paiki maps will also  be according to new paiki land.

CM Kisan Sahay G.R.   Shri Vijaybhai Rupani loanched CM Kisan Sahay Yojna. In this scheme, the farmers will get some compensation against flood and femine and unseasonal rain. If the farmers' suffer from that un expected disaster, they will be given compensation.
